An eclectic is a type of competition or scoring format in golf where a player’s best scores on each hole over a series of rounds are used to create a single, composite scorecard. The objective is to showcase the player’s “ideal” round, as if they had played their best on every hole during the series.

How It Works:

1. Multiple Rounds: The player competes in several rounds of golf – during the season long gaggle.
2. Recording Scores: For each hole, the best score achieved over all the rounds is recorded.
3. Composite Score: At the end of the competition, the scores for the best holes are summed to produce the eclectic score.

Play anytime between 7am and 4pm, with another gaggling player.
